O segredo \u00e9 faz\u00ea-los aos poucos e depois s\u00f3 combinar!<\/p>\n<p>Ela \u00e9 uma constru\u00e7\u00e3o de sabores, ent\u00e3o quando quero algo saud\u00e1vel e busco uma salada que sirva de prato principal, procuro algo assim, com texturas diversas (couscous,a maciez do salm\u00e3o, croc\u00e2ncia das am\u00eandoas, suco do tomate, cremosidade do pesto. Sua boca j\u00e1 encheu d&#8217;\u00e1gua? A minha tamb\u00e9m!<\/p>\n<p>Eu geralmente fa\u00e7o muito pesto e deixo na geladeira. Pesto \u00e9 um atalho! Essa semana vou postar a outra salada com pesto que volta e meia tamb\u00e9m aparece aqui em casa.<\/p>\n<p>Fa\u00e7o o pesto em um dia e guardo em um pote herm\u00e9t<span style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">ico de 5 a 7 dias. E o pesto \u00e9 t\u00e3o bacana, que dura at\u00e9 3 meses no freezer! Tem aquele verdinho sobrando? Hortel\u00e3, salsa, manjeric\u00e3o, r\u00facula, espinafre! Faz pesto e assim n\u00e3o rola desperd\u00edcio!
